La Grande Maison
Arranged over three floors, the top floor features two bedrooms, along with a comfortable sitting room and a small library. On the first floor, you'll find a spacious double bedroom, a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a recreation room overlooking the courtyard, and a shower room with WC.
The ground floor is home to the elegant reception room, with a cosy snug adjoining it that opens directly onto the courtyard.
The Gîte
Attached to La Grand Maison, the Gîte is accessed via a spiral staircase overlooking the central courtyard.
The entrance opens into a kitchen and dining area, leading through to a comfortable lounge. Upstairs are two rooms: a generous double bedroom and a smaller recreation room, together with a family bathroom.
La Magnanerie
A spacious one-bedroom apartment tucked away at the rear of the property, with its own private entrance on Impasse de la Magnanerie.
Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, opening into a generous, light-filled open-plan living space. From here, step out onto the terrace and enjoy exceptional views across the surrounding countryside towards Lussan.
Upstairs, you’ll find the open-plan bedroom, with a few steps leading up to the bathroom, creating a charming and characterful layout.
Le Mûrier
Located at the front of the property, overlooking the entrance courtyard with beautiful views towards Lussan.
