Purchased in 2014 and expanded with the acquisition of the adjoining property in 2022, our home has been thoughtfully renovated to combine contemporary comfort with its historic character. Surrounded by beautifully maturing gardens, tranquil courtyards, and an inviting swimming pool, it has become a truly idyllic retreat.
We are delighted to share this special place through short-term stays, offering a peaceful escape for small groups seeking rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation in a calm, alcohol-free environment.
The property also includes a self-contained studio and, during the warmer months, a shaded internal courtyard—both perfectly suited for intimate yoga, Pilates, meditation classes, and small wellness retreats.
La Grand Maison
La Grand Maison is arranged over three floors.
The top floor features two bedrooms, along with a comfortable sitting room and a small library. On the first floor, you'll find a spacious double bedroom, a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a recreation room overlooking the courtyard, and a shower room with WC.
The ground floor is home to the elegant reception room, with a cosy snug adjoining it that opens directly onto the courtyard.
The Gîte
Attached to La Grand Maison, the Gîte is accessed via a spiral staircase overlooking the central courtyard.
The entrance opens into a kitchen and dining area, leading through to a comfortable lounge. Upstairs are two rooms: a generous double bedroom and a smaller recreation room, together with a family bathroom.
La Magnanerie
La Magnanerie is a spacious one-bedroom apartment situated at the rear of the property, with its own entrance on Rue de la Magnanerie.
Upon entering, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, leading into a large open-plan living space with an adjoining open-plan bathroom. The apartment opens onto a west-facing terrace with stunning views across the countryside towards Lussan.
Le Mûrier
Le Mûrier is located at the front of the property, overlooking the entrance courtyard with beautiful views towards Lussan.
The first floor features a comfortable bedroom with an open-plan bathroom and shower. On the ground floor, a striking vaulted reception and living room leads down a few steps to a fully equipped kitchen with an island, providing an inviting space for dining and entertaining.
Atelier
The Atelier is a charming studio located at the front of the property. It benefits from its own private courtyard, while the continuous flooring creates a seamless indoor-outdoor living space, making it ideal for light activities, creative workshops, or small group gatherings.
